Sherry is a highly experienced consultant who has facilitated, trained, and coached hundreds of individuals in the areas of career management, leadership development, and team effectiveness. She has consulted with professionals at all levels from senior executives to individual contributors. Sherry is a results-oriented and supportive coach with a talent for motivating clients to achieve both personal and organizational objectives. She has extensive experience in virtual coaching including three years coaching leaders at all levels of a telecommunications organization and one year coaching high potential executives at a news and entertainment organization.

Sherry has developed and delivered a wide variety of learning programs including career management and assessment, leadership development, mentoring, conflict resolution, emotional intelligence, and change management.

She has managed major training departments as well as provided consultative services during mergers and acquisitions. She has an extensive background in HRD program design and implementation and has played key roles in start-up, turn-around, and downsizing situations.

Sherry received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from the University of Georgia and a Master of Science in Management with a specialization in Human Resources & Organizational Behavior from Georgia State University.

She has continued her professional development through certifications in a variety of assessment and coaching instruments.

Over her career Sherry, a member of the National Association of Professional Women, has also been a member of the Society of Human Resource Management, American Society of Training & Development, and the Association of Career Professionals International. Sherry is a recipient of the 2014 Professional Woman of the Year Award from the National Association of Professional Women.
