Lisa Stephens has 18 years of experience in talent management, leadership development, training and HR services. Prior to proudly joining the Bluepoint team in 2012, she worked with Right Management as a Vice President of Client Services and Allegis Group as a Director of Branch Operations. In all of her roles, she has been consistently recognized for outstanding client service and innovative, impactful, high-quality solutions to address complex client challenges and development opportunities. She is highly passionate about Bluepoint’s commitment to helping leaders become their best version of themselves – with the head to think for themselves, the voice to inspire their organization, the heart to serve others and the courage to act when others will not.
Lisa is very active in her local Atlanta HR community and is a member of numerous national training organizations. She also serves on an Advisory Board and the Selection and Retention Committee at North Cobb Christian School in Kennesaw, GA.
She graduated cum laude from The University of North Carolina at Charlotte with her Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communications and a minor in Industrial Psychology. On the weekends, Lisa and her busy family enjoy spending as much time in the Georgia sunshine as possible ‐ whether it is on the golf course with her husband and friends, the soccer fields with her two children, or just enjoying some downtime with friends at the lake.
