Leadership is Everyone’s Business is designed to develop leadership awareness and competencies at the individual level. Participants will discover how they have shown leadership in the past to meet business and personal challenges. Your team will gain confidence and skill.
The workshop is based on Kouzes and Posner’s classic Leadership Challenge Model, which identifies the Five Leadership Practices that are key to the most successful and productive leaders.
