Leading Change


Effectively leading change is an essential competency for leaders at all levels today. This exercise has been designed to help participants learn how they can help others navigate through and accelerate the change process. They will be introduced to a potent change model and complete a self- assessment of their current readiness to initiate, execute and sustain change.
