Action
Bluepoint was brought in to develop a program which provided a single unified vision of leadership at Starbucks. The result was a customized program, The Authentic Leader at Starbucks, which links directly to the Six Guiding Principles espoused by company founder Howard Schultz.
Result
The Authentic Leader at Starbucks has united leaders in their mission to push the organization towards achieving their growth goal. Since 2005, 140 Vice Presidents have gone through the program, and have embraced the process with passion and energy. The next stage is to cascade the program out to 400 regional directors.
