Action
Bluepoint partnered with Symantec as part of their Global IT Leadership Development Strategy to develop the CIO Bootcamp. The design merged two key Bluepoint offerings – The Leadership Challenge and The Leader’s Voice – incorporated real-life project work and was customized to align with the organization’s core issue.

Results
After an initial pilot, Bluepoint was invited to deliver this as a series and we have worked with multiples teams.
