Suzanne Stafford is a Senior Consultant with Bluepoint Leadership Development. She has extensive experience in business as a director of leadership development, sales manager, management consultant, executive coach, trainer, owner and operator.

For the past 15 years, she has focused exclusively on leadership development, working internally and externally in both the public and private sectors. Her diverse clients include Molson Breweries, GiftCertificates.com, Employment Security Department and Microsoft.

Best described as an inspirational leader with a fervent commitment to leadership development in both individuals and organizations, she manages to enthusiastically engage in both business and community service, while simultaneously raising her five active children. Suzanne is an authentic and energetic speaker, workshop leader and consultant, who brings her unique blend of business, leadership and consulting experience to her clients.

Suzanne received her undergraduate degree in Business from Colorado University Boulder and graduate degree in Coaching and Consulting in Organizations from the Leadership Institute of Seattle at Bastyr University.
