Stacey Sargent Senior Facilitator
Stacey Sargent is a Senior Facilitator with Bluepoint Leadership Development. She is passionate about helping individuals, teams and organizations create connections that matter. Clients often refer to Stacey's ability to bring an authentic and approachable manner to her work. She thrives on seeing people make connections that improve their life, their work and their own place in this world. Stacey's approach is to work in partnership with her clients and to be direct, open and honest. She uses emotional intelligence, dialogue and paradoxical thinking as ways to create a higher return on investment in life and work.
Stacey has more than 15 years of experience in business, accounting & finance, consulting, strategy planning and software design & development. She has worked across many industries, and with diverse clients including Microsoft, PeopleSoft, the Port of Seattle, Host/Marriott, and Trillium Health Products. Stacey has traveled the country helping organizations deal with change and challenging their processes to more efficiency and effectiveness.
As a consultant she worked with organizations like the State of California, San Diego Housing Authority, State of Texas, Vanderbilt University, Baylor University, University of California systems and Toyota. She has been a speaker at many conferences and worked as a liaison for key customer groups. She has successfully worked with all levels of organizations, from executives to line workers. She is able to communicate across hierarchy, industry and focus so that people can come together to achieve high performance. Stacey has been a people manager as well as handled project management across geographies and countries.
Stacey holds a Master of Arts degree in applied behavioral science from the Leadership Institute of Seattle at Bastyr University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in business finance from Western Washington University in Bellingham, WA.
