Pam Rechel Senior Facilitator
Pam has coached and consulted with hundreds of managers over 30 years to help them manage employees and make effective changes in their organizations. Her approach is to get at the root cause of situations so the issue can be fixed and not repeated, and to create conversations with her clients where the most important things are discussed so clients can realize their greatest hopes and get unstuck on their most challenging and complex problems. Her work includes supporting and teaching clients to be able say the most important (and often difficult) things and to give feedback skillfully and without blame and judgment.
She creates workshops that are experiential, fun and teaches skills that can be applied immediately. She is a respectful facilitator, creating workshop environments where attendees feel comfortable to learn new skills.
She is a lifelong learner and has a Master's degree from the Leadership Institute of Seattle (LIOS) in Coaching and Consulting in Organizations, an M.B.A. from George Washington University in Information Technology, and an M.S. in Education Administration from Syracuse University.
She holds the highest certification for Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI) facilitators, including Step II, and has facilitated Myers-Briggs team workshops for 12 years in the U.S. as well as, Singapore, Taiwan, and Ireland.
Other training certifications include: Seven Habits for Highly Effective People, 360 degree Profilor, Interaction Associates Coaching and Behavioral Interviewing.
Pam's passion is working with executives and organizations worldwide to create powerful change and enduring results. She is a gifted coach, facilitator, visionary and leader.
