Nina McGuffin Senior Facilitator

Nina McGuffin, PCC, CPCC works with leaders and teams to maximize their success by helping them develop new leadership and relationship skills.  Her expertise includes leadership development, organizational and relationship systems, emotional intelligence, and personal effectiveness.  McGuffin teaches team coaching skills internationally for the Center for Right Relationship and has designed and co-led a variety of training programs for leaders and teams with outcomes ranging from developing up and coming leaders to building trust within a cross-functional team.   She has a proven track record in coaching and developing leaders for client companies including the McGraw-Hill Companies, McDonald’s Corporation, Allstate, and many others.  McGuffin has achieved the designation of Professional Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation and holds an MA from the University of Chicago.  She has expertise in several assessments including the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and the Stellar Team Diagnostic.
