Matthew Gregory Senior Facilitator - UK
Matthew is highly regarded throughout the UK for his expertise and work in the field of
personal and organization change. For the past twenty years, including nine years as
Senior Manager for KPMG, his work has focused on enabling leaders, teams and
organizations to change and on improving and transforming their performance.
His experience spans a wide range of business sectors including oil & gas, professional
services, investment banking, automotive, construction, utilities, retail, manufacturing
and financial services. He is recognized as one of the leaders in his particular area of
expertise which is enabling leaders to convert change efforts into tangible results. His
engaging and energetic style and his ability to work with groups of leaders at all levels
in organizations is one of the reasons Matthew’s skills are in such demand.
Other examples of his work include:
- Working with the global leaders of an exploration team to help prepare them
to manage a major change program;
- Facilitating sessions for managers in a global oil company to become more
effective at influencing and achieving better results in a complex matrix
structure;
- Designing and leading a variety of leadership development workshops in areas
such as business development, relationship management, impact and influence,
presenting, leadership, negotiation, coaching and engagement management.
Matthew has a first class Honours Degree in Business Studies from the Sheffield
Polytechnic and a three-year Masters Degree in Change Agent Skills & Strategies (a
highly practical program focusing on advanced coaching and facilitation skills and
leading change within organizations) from the University of Surrey. He is a recent
graduate of the Newfield Ontological Learning Course – Pursuing Mastery for
Experienced Coaches.
