Mark Cappellino Senior Facilitator

Mark Cappellino is a Senior Consultant at Bluepoint Leadership Development. He is passionate about working with senior leaders to help them learn to see new possibilities, take bolder actions, and achieve stronger results in alignment with business strategy. He coaches next generation leaders through their specific development needs as they accept greater management and leadership responsibility. Mark's facilitation style is that of an experienced executive leadership coach. He listens to how individuals articulate their specific development challenges in order to support their unique learning objectives.

Mark offers his clients the insights and distinctions that he has developed from over 20 years as a business professional. In private industry he has held the positions of Manufacturing Supervisor, Business Unit Leader, and VP Sales and Marketing. Mark was most recently the Director of Organizational Development for a multinational manufacturing company before moving back into leadership coaching and consulting at the beginning of 2004.

Mark received his BS degree in Interdisciplinary Engineering & Management from Clarkson University and his MA degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Middle Tennessee State University. He trained extensively as an executive coach through the College of Executive Coaching. Mark is committed to rigorous ongoing professional development and now continues his learning through Newfield Network in the field of Ontological Coaching. He frequently speaks at conferences and within organizations on the topic of leadership development and executive coaching.
