Lisa Stephens Director, Client Services

Lisa Stephens has 15 years of experience in training, development and HR services, having previously worked with ELI as a Director of Client Development, Right Management as a Vice President of Client Services, and Allegis Group as a Director of Branch Operations. In all of her roles, she was consistently recognized for outstanding client service and innovative, impactful, high-quality solutions to address complex client challenges. She is highly passionate about helping her clients develop winning talent.

Lisa is very active in her local Atlanta HR community. She currently serves as the Vice President of Communities for SHRM-Atlanta, is a member of ASTD-Atlanta, and serves on two selection and retention committees at North Cobb Christian School in Kennesaw, GA.

She graduated from University of North Carolina at Charlotte with her Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communications, with a minor in Industrial Psychology. On the weekends, Lisa and her busy family enjoy spending as much time in the Georgia sunshine as possible ‐ whether it is on the golf course, the soccer fields or just relaxing at the lake.
