Len Huckabay Leadership Coach

Len has been a leader, mentor, and coach for over 20 years, and brings extensive experience and know-how from the executive and leadership perspective. As a committed Leadership and Organizational Coach, Len's vocation is building leadership capacity by focusing on an individual's learning, awareness, growth, and fulfillment.

His leadership coaching is making a significant and positive impact on the corporations he works in today. By providing organization leaders and executives with direct and powerful coaching experiences he empowers them with both initiative and creativity. Len believes that leaders who are more aligned to their values and engaged from their strengths are much more effective in today's business environment. His approach honors the individual and brings a sense of balance and authenticity to each relationship. Clients are unanimous when they say that Len's coaching is extremely insightful and supportive yet challenging, propelling, sometimes playful, and always sensitive in nature.

Len is a graduate of the Coaches Training Institute and holds Certified Professional Co-active Coach (CPCC) and Professional Certified Coach (PCC) qualifications through the International Coach Federation. In addition, he is an experienced Organizational and Relationship Systems coach, able to draw upon a groundbreaking model for coaching relationship systems in organizations and groups, and with teams, partnerships, and couples. Len has co-written and lead workshops for the University of Calgary, as well as in several large oil and gas organizations that focus on leadership development, coaching skills, LPI 360’s, Insights DISC, TEAM Dynamics, and ORSC to name a few.
