Juliann Spoth Leadership Coach

Juliann is a coach and consultant, with a unique combination of skills in organizational, team, and leadership development acquired through her twenty-seven years of experience in the field of Organizational Behavior/Development.

Juliann's focus is helping leaders and organizations thrive. Her leadership related activities include coaching executives, managers, and their teams, facilitating leadership workshops and retreats, leadership competency modeling, and executive selection assessments. Her coaching is tailored to the individual and provides the challenge and support needed to succeed in business and life. Juliann brings a blend of skills and knowledge in personal growth, developing leadership competencies, and group and organizational dynamics to her coaching engagements. Juliann has worked with leaders in variety of organizations and industries, from Fortune 100s to small not-for-profits in the U.S., Canada, and South Africa. She has experience in diverse industries including petrochemical, finance, manufacturing, health care, chemical, insurance, communication, consulting, research, and education. Her consulting work includes process, culture, and organizational change, strategic planning, and improving team performance. Juliann is a Master Coach for Case Western Reserve University's (CWRU) corporate education programs where she coaches leaders on their coaching skills. She has also led workshops on coaching and group facilitation.

Juliann received her MSN and Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from Case Western Reserve University. In addition, she has extensive training in intervening and developing individuals, dyads, groups, and organizations from the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland. She has also attended workshops on leadership coaching and using appreciative inquiry in coaching.

Juliann has several certifications including Emotional Intelligence (from Hay Group and Case Western Reserve University), Lominger leadership, competency and learning suites, various assessment tools from SHL, Meyers-Briggs, Learning Styles, and various 360 instruments. She also is a certified Dean/facilitator for personal growth groups at the National Training Institute.
