Jim Boneau Senior Facilitator

Jim Boneau is a Facilitator and Educator whose mission is the development of individuals who are committed to the development of others. He believes that there is no better environment for learning how to lead than learning how to be in relationship with others in a group setting.

Jim's clients have a universal respect for his ability to bring a group into focus. He was Director of Instructional Development at PeopleSoft, began his career at EDS, and has worked for small entrepreneurial ventures as well. Executives, line managers, project managers and individual contributors have been benefited from Jim's ability to bring a group into alignment. As a facilitator, Jim meets the group where they are and provides skills and insights that allow them to hear each other. As a trainer, Jim's skills in identifying the needs of his students combined with his mastery of the subject educate and inspire.

Jim's experiences come from service in the software industry, professional development firms, and as an independent businessman. Jim has served as Director of Instructor Development for a large software company and implementation manager of successful software applications. In addition he has launched various training initiatives including an online learning environment, leadership development program, and extensive train-the-trainer programs. He is a certified Legacy Leadership trainer and facilitator.

Jim leads Bluepoint's Leader as Coach, The Leader's Voice and The Leadership Experience workshops.

Jim received his Bachelors of Business Administration with an emphasis in Information Systems Management from Lamar University in Texas. He holds a Masters degree in Coaching and Consulting in Organizations from the Leadership Institute of Seattle/Bastyr University.
