Holly Davis Senior Facilitator

Whether it's Spain, Trinidad, Holland, Brazil -- or anywhere in the United States, Holly is an expert at bringing together diverse organizations and cultures to create a dedicated team of professionals working toward a common goal. Her extensive international background and organizational development expertise has helped some of the world's leading companies to improve performance, create alignment and build brands (among them, Shell Oil, Texaco, HP, Microsoft and BP). She is continually excited by the challenge of helping businesses and their stakeholders align their purposes through human connections, team building, communication and leadership development in diverse cultures.

A skilled facilitator, Holly designs and leads workshops, focus groups and training courses with positive energy and curiosity. With 15 years experience in corporate communications, she also develops communication strategies and implementation plans.

Holly is currently completing her Master's in Applied Behavioral Sciences. She is certified to conduct individual and team assessments using a variety of tools including the I Opt survey, FIRO-B, MBTI, Kolb Learning Styles Inventory and more.

She is an advocate for responsible corporate and personal stewardship, and is known for her passion and compassion for all life and our planet. She volunteers as a workshop leader for the Kairos Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to offering affordable workshops teaching personal mastery. As the founding Chair and President of the Spay Neuter Assistance Program, Holly works tirelessly to improve the life of homeless dogs and cats around the world.
