Donna Ripplinger Business Development, Western Canada

Donna attended the University of Calgary and holds a bachelors degree in Education. She majored in Mathematics. After graduation, she established a sales and marketing career based in Calgary and serving Western Canada in the areas of Information Technology, Professional Services, and Healthcare. She has over 20 years of selling experience at the Senior Executive Level.

Donna began her career with 3M and Baxter. Both are world leaders in the provision of healthcare products and services. This experience gave her solid knowledge in selling capital equipment directly to large healthcare institutions and indirectly to them through channel partners.

Additionally, she has extensive sales experience in Healthcare Technology Software; Payroll and Human Resources. Donna left the public sector to join SAP as a Senior Account Manager. In this role she managed sophisticated customers like Great West Life and Agrium. SAP is the world's leader in ERP Solutions for large and complex corporations.

In 1995 Donna joined AchieveGlobal (formerly known as Learning International and Xerox Learning Systems). It was here that she worked with clients such as BC Rail, CP Rail, Coca-Cola, Nestles and Suncor on leadership development and sales performance improvement. Donna is a recent addition to the Bluepoint Team and she looks forward to continuing the many relationships built during her highly successful tenure in the business.

Donna is a committed proponent of fitness. She works out daily and enjoys long runs with her Labrador, Blue (not on the Bluepoint Team). Donna has participated in a number of road race and triathalon competitions. She lives with her family in suburban Calgary.
