Dianne Kenny Senior Facilitator

Dianne Kenny brings 30 years of experience in consulting, facilitation and organizational development to her work with Bluepoint Leadership Development. Dianne works with companies to effect behavioral change in the areas of customer service, team building, and leadership.

As an active speaker, Dianne's dynamic, direct and energetic style leaves a powerful and lasting impression in audience's minds. With an academic background in education, her messages are practical, provocative and real. Her stories and anecdotes along with her unique style and humor have audiences actively listening and enjoying while learning.

Formerly, Dianne was a process consultant and trainer for TMI. Dianne has also spent fifteen years in the retail service industry focusing on training and development, recruitment, sales and personnel management. Her work involved both profit and nonprofit organizations.

Dianne's extensive service background relates well to all levels of the organization. Her training and consulting work has addressed audiences from top management to the front line of organizations.
