David Hager Senior Facilitator
David brings to Bluepoint a synthesis of communication and organizational skills coupled with 27 years of experience in international business operations, legal and public affairs, and conflict resolution. He has served as international business and dispute resolution attorney, negotiator and mediator, management consultant, and corporate executive. His clients include large multinational enterprises, private companies, and not-for-profit organizations.
David lived and worked in China from 1990 to 2000, involved in the negotiation, startup, and "workouts" of new foreign investments, joint ventures, mergers, and acquisitions across Asia. He has negotiated agreements and mediated disputes between multi-national companies and senior Chinese government leaders. Before moving to Asia in 1990, he spent ten years in corporate law in New York City in the areas of complex business transactions and international government relations. He has served on litigation, business, and government relations matters in several European and Asian countries.
David designs, leads and delivers large scale leadership development and corporate change programs major corporations, professional service firms and government agencies worldwide. Using both his interpersonal skills and business experience, David's focus is creating clarity and alignment in complex situations.
