Cathy Gelb Mobley Senior Facilitator

Cathy Gelb Mobley is a Senior Facilitator with Bluepoint Leadership Development. She has more than 21 years of sales, management, leadership and presentation skills training experience, and is skilled at facilitating learning among diverse groups. She has worked with clients across a wide range of industries, including American Express, DaVita, Disney, ITT Sheraton, Merck Pharmaceuticals, Microsoft, Panasonic, Price Waterhouse Coopers, and PSE&G.

From 2001-2006, Cathy was been Dean of DaVita University's Academy program. The Academy is a two day learning experience for 300 participants, designed to expose teammates to the company's culture and develop their leadership skills. In addition, Cathy taught Presentation Skills to all senior executives and was responsible for coaching all presenters at the company's annual meetings.

She typically faculties for large multi-national organizations delivering training and is especially effective at sensing a group's underlying needs and issues and adapting the curriculum to meet them. Cathy is an energetic, flexible, and creative facilitator who consistently receives outstanding evaluations from workshop participants for her ability to create a challenging and supportive learning environment and for giving insightful, balanced feedback. She is committed to the growth and development of her participants.

Cathy holds a Bachelor of Arts, Cum Laude degree from Tufts University. She is a trainer for Positive Coaching Alliance, a non-profit organization whose mission is to transform youth sports, so sports can transform youth. In addition, Cathy sits on the Board of Directors for The Kidney Trust and is a member of National Charity League which supports philanthropic organizations in her community.
