TEAM BIOSBruna Martinuzzi Senior Facilitator Bruna Martinuzzi is a Senior Facilitator and Consultant for Bluepoint Leadership Development. She has over 25 years of experience as a leader, facilitator and management consultant. Bruna has invaluable experience in leadership and organization effectiveness, specializing in training and coaching individuals to develop their leadership skills more fully. Formerly, Bruna held senior management posts in the technology and resource fields. She created systems to maximize employee contributions to organizations through improvement tools for personal and team development and enhanced workplace culture. She has also spent sixteen years in the oil and gas industry focusing on management development and human performance improvement. Her people development achievements have related to all levels in the organization, from the executive group to front line supervisors. As a seasoned facilitator, Bruna believes in going the extra mile to imbue workshop participants with the essence of her training. Her training sessions are highly experiential, incredibly practical and information packed. Her style has been labeled as warm, inspiring and engaged. Bruna speaks six languages and holds a Bachelor of Arts (1982) and a Master of Arts (1986) from the University of British Columbia. She is the recipient of several awards, including the Izaak Killam Pre-doctoral Fellowship for three years in a row, the Social Science and Humanities Research Council of Canada Award and the BC Workplace Excellence Award for Unusual Innovation. She is a member of the Canadian Professional Speakers' Association. Bruna holds several certifications including Emotional Competence Inventory from HayGroup, Emotional Intelligence from Case Western University, EQ Learning Technologies and Six Seconds. She is also certified in Myers-Briggs, Six Thinking Hats and Presentation Skills Training. Bruna writes extensively on leadership issues and her work was featured in The Personnel Journal, HR Online, Human Resources Management (Prentice Hall) and Business Ethics.
