Bruce is an executive and corporate coach. He has more than 20 years of Canadian and U.S. business experience in the energy sector where he worked in both small entrepreneurial startups and large organizations. He has 12 years of hands-on management experience. Most assignments were related to (a) turn-arounds, (b) development of new functions, or (c) the management of difficult people situations. Bruce has particular insights into the impact of patterns of thought and attitude on achieving desired outcomes.
Bruce is also experienced in the application and follow-up for 360 feedback assessments both for individuals and teams, taught a range of corporate and individual development workshops, and is currently teaching a Management Certificate course on coaching at the University of Calgary.
