Brenda Bluemke Senior Facilitator

Brenda Bluemke is a Senior Facilitator with Bluepoint Leadership Development.  She brings 20 years of passion and experience as a manager and leader, helping her clearly understand the struggles and rewards of leading in today’s complex organizations. 

As a seasoned Facilitator, Brenda loves helping people stretch, find ways to observe and take action from new perspectives, and step into their true potential.  As an Executive Coach and Leadership Development Consultant, her work with organizations has included developing Talent Management strategies and Leadership Development programs.  Brenda’s experience spans financial, technology, manufacturing, aerospace, and retail industries, where she has worked effectively with a variety of senior leadership teams.

Prior to building her consulting practice, Brenda was the V.P. of Leadership Development at Washington Mutual, where she launched and directed the company’s Corporate Leadership Development department in a high-growth, merger and acquisition environment.  Her Fortune 500 clients include Lincoln Financial Group, Microsoft, Washington Mutual and PACCAR.  Brenda earned her Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Minnesota.
