Ann Dorgan Senior Facilitator

Ann Dorgan is a Bluepoint Senior Facilitator. For the last 22 years she has worked in the private, public and non-profit sectors as a coach, consultant and manager. Clients recognize Ann for her ability to create a space for trusted and candid conversation. Her generative spirit brings simplicity to complex situations through one-on-one coaching and dynamic facilitation.

Prior to joining Bluepoint Ann was an internal consultant with T-Mobile, USA. There she had an impact on the environment by facilitating executive off-sites and steering committees, coaching managers for improved performance, designing change management strategies, and managing the career development program for IT.

She spent six years managing broadcasting services and operations for the Department of Information Services who served all WA State departments including the Office of the Governor and the WA State Supreme Court. Ann's international assignments took her to China and Malaysia where she managed the development of educational and entertainment broadcasting.

With over 200 credits as a producer, director, editor and performer in film and television, Ann brings a uniquely creative approach to her client work. Using poetry, stories and metaphor, Ann strives to develop the logical and symbolic aspects of leaders.

Ann holds a Masters degree in Consulting and Coaching in Organizations from the Leadership Institute of Seattle, Bastyr and an undergraduate degree in Visual Communications and Political Science from the Evergreen State College. She is committed to community service and serves as a board member and volunteer for various Seattle non-profit organizations.
