Prakash Rohera is an internationally renowned, award-winning motivational speaker and facilitator. He has a reputation for energizing people through his sheer passion for making a difference in their lives. Prakash’s unique style of sharing experiences, anecdotes and stories help people let go of themselves and believe that they are stars.

Prakash has 25 years experience, of which the last 14 years, he has been training and guiding managers and executives at organizations across the world. He has to his credit almost 2000 sessions for around 100,000 participants globally. Prakash has facilitated sessions in Australia, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Brunei, China, India, Indonesia, Kenya, Malaysia, Philippines, Seychelles, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Taiwan, UAE, UK and USA. His clients include AVIVA, Barclays Bank, Citigroup, Deutsche Bank, DHL Express, Franklin Templeton, GE Group, JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Taj Hotels, Timberland, UCO bank, United Nations, and VISA International.

Prakash’s global experience has resulted in deep reservoir of business acumen that his clients rely on to achieve business results. Previous business experience includes corporate career managing responsibilities from front line sales to product management to branch management to business management and human resources. His blend of corporate and business acumen is supported by 11 years work experience with HCL Limited, Citibank NA, and Bank of America with his last stint being Head of Customer Services and Operations for the Bank. Prakash has a Bachelor in Science from Hindu College Delhi University and an MBA (Marketing) from the esteemed Symbiosis Institute of Business Management in India.
