Nancy Tansy Administration

Nancy Tansy is located in the Loveland, Ohio, Bluepoint headquarters and serves as Executive Assistant to Gregg Thompson, along with being HR Administrator and Office Manager. Nancy has been with Bluepoint since its inception and with Tom Peters Company for six years before that, serving as assistant to the CEO. A business college graduate, she has varied other secretarial experience over the years, while taking time off in between to raise her two children who are now grown, educated, married, and no longer causing her to pay college tuition, which is the reason she started here to begin with. She happily lives with her husband, Bob, in Loveland, and enjoys boating with the family, gardening, traveling, and shopping. She most recently has acquired two beautiful grandchildren on which to spend her time and money.

She enjoys working at Bluepoint, knowing that she is a teeny part of increasing the supply and quality of leaders in the world.
