TEAM BIOSJohn O’Reilly Senior Facilitator and Leadership Coach John is an accomplished coach, facilitator and leadership development expert with over 14 years experience identifying and developing potential. He has extensive experience coaching senior leaders in a range of industries and across cultures. His has worked with clients from Europe, Eastern Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia, India, and North and South America. Prior to becoming a coach John had a successful career in the technology sector working at a senior level in sales and human resources. He has extensive experience working on leadership development and high potential programs with some of the world’s leading technology companies. His style is a balance between challenging and supportive with a focus on raising awareness and challenging your thinking, beliefs, and assumptions. His focus is on accountability, action and measurable results. John has holds a bachelors degree in Manufacturing Engineering and a Masters in Manufacturing Systems & Management. He also holds Post Graduate Diplomas in both Executive Coaching and Coaching Psychology. He is certified in the BarOn EQ-i Emotional Intelligence Assessment, Extended DISC Personal & Team Analysis, and a number of 360 instruments. John is Irish. He was born in Kenya and grew up in Libya, Ireland and Saudi Arabia. He currently lives in Kuwait with his wife and daughter.
