Donna McIlvenna Accounting

Donna McIlvenna has over 15 years of accounting expertise. Prior to joining Bluepoint Leadership Development she worked as Assistant Controller at Duke Realty Investments from 1994-2000. She spent the interim years at home to raise her family and recently reentered the workforce in 2009 as a Part-Time Accountant at Bluepoint.

She lives in Madeira, Ohio with her family and enjoys spending time with her family at her lake home in Indiana. She is married with three school age children. She keeps busy in her time off with volunteer work at school and with her children’s sports organizations.

Donna has a B.S. degree in Accounting from Ball State University. Bluepoint has proven to be a positive, flexible working environment for this very busy woman, allowing Bluepoint to receive the best of her accounting skills, while not curtailing her outside interests and responsibilities.
