Chua Chong Hock Associate Principal Consultant

Chua Chong Hock is Principal Associate with Bluepoint Leadership Development (Asia) Pte Ltd, based in Singapore.

Chong Hock brings with him more than 20 years of experience in Human Resource Management in the Asia Pacific region. He has hands-on experience in shipbuilding, marketing, health care, information technology, petroleum, chemicals and manufacturing industries. He also has extensive knowledge of organization development, leadership and the impact of change on individuals and business organizations. He is also a certified executive coach.

Chong Hock is a member of several professional human resource associations in Singapore and in the United States. He was a former treasurer of the Singapore Training and Development Association. He has presented numerous papers on human resource management for Singapore National Employers Federation, Nanyang Technological University, National University of Singapore and the Singapore Institute of Management.

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Singapore, a Masters degree in Human Resources from George Washington University and professional diplomas in Human Resource Management and in Training and Development.
