Management guru and best-selling business author, Tom Peters, has re-invented his company in a move to better serve corporate clients. Bluepoint Leadership Development, a new spin-off entity, will focus purely on leadership development, communications and coaching whilst the Tom Peters Company will deploy consulting based solely upon Tom's ideas and philosophy.

Peters, best known for co-authoring In Search of Excellence founded the company in 1983. The Tom Peters Company has a twenty-plus year heritage of delivering world-class leadership development to clients such as Microsoft, Discover Financial and other Fortune 500 companies. Bluepoint Leadership Development brings even more focus to the areas of leadership, communications and coaching with many of the same consultants and programs.
