BLUEPOINT RANKS IN TOP 10 FOR LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

Bluepoint Leadership Development was recognized as one of the top ten providers of leadership development in the Leadership Excellence magazine 2007 award survey.

This is the first year that Bluepoint has entered the Best in Leadership Development ranking, which is now in its 24th year. Ken Shelton, editor of Leadership Excellence, heads up the panel that surveys over 1,000 organizations annually to seek out the best leadership development programs and practices. 2007 survey results appear in the October issue.

Several Bluepoint clients were also recognized in the 'large organizations' category for their leadership development. They included Capital One, General Electric, and Microsoft.

"The demand for leadership development is very high", says David Parks, Bluepoint's VP of Business Development. "Organizations are seeing the value of developing strong leadership. The question is no longer 'should we develop leaders', but what is the best way to develop leaders?"
